I lost count of Sophie's words at about 300. She is now improving her clarity, and her shortest utterances are couplets. She still likes naming what belongs to whom. If I call a car "Mummy's car" or "Daddy's car", I will be told it is also "mine car". :) She loves playing with Xander, copying his actions and repeating his words, even when she has no idea what she is playing. She is really enjoying her dolls' pram from Granny, pushing around Xander's and her dolls in it, naming the dolls by name. She calls herself Dodie Dones, and often goes through the whole family of Dander Dones, Daddy Dones and Mummy Dones as well. Yesterday's clear word was "kitchen" and clear phrases recently have been "Happy Oo Yar", said to Granny on the phone (admittedly with prompting) and "upside down" (said somewhat put out, carrying a photo of Xander and Daddy, upside down).
