Sophie's first concert was the Violin Academy annual concert on 12 October 2008 at the
Wits Theatre. She was 2 years and 8 months old. She played the Twinkle Variations by
Shinichi Suzuki on the open E string. She was mentioned in the programme as the youngest
pupil of the Violin Academy, with this photo:
