Nov 2008 Started using "p" in "please" and "apple" spontaneously.
22 Nov 2008 Started putting consonants on the end of words, e.g. "hat". Said "milp" for "milk" (used to be "ma").
Discovered teeth 18, 19 and 20.
23 Nov 2008 "Mummy, I want to go to Granny another one day. I want to go to Granny and Xander stay with Gogo".
3 Dec 2008 Named her toes on each foot Thalia, Kiran and Mihali, Alexander and Sophie.
Dec 2008 Understands concept of rhyme, listing rhyming words in pairs.
Learning about death: after finding out that her teacher's boyfriend died, she said several
times a day "Dulian Daddy die? Lee is sad? I gave Lee a hug. Dander gave Lee chocolates".
26 Dec 2008 Habitually calls Xander "Allydander". Calls a camel a "mammal".
27 Dec 2008 Said "camel, mammal RHYME!"
28 Dec 2008 Said "When Xander was watching the video, me could hear me saying little little quick quick."
Recognises letters A, B, C, D, E, S, and got two others asked wrong. Used letter name for
A, C, D, E and the sound for B and S.
29 Dec 2008 "Mummy, I think you should get the apricot jam, and give it to Grandpa. That would be kind."
12 Jan 2009 Did 24 piece puzzle with small pieces totally by herself.
14 Jan 2009 Heard her saying "do you want a wee?" in a baby voice, like she was a dolly talking, except
we were in the car and there was no dolly there. Asked who was talking, and she said "the banana"!
